GSG Learning Institute (GSGLI) is a subsidiary of GSG, founded in 2014 to provide high-quality education and training to private and public law enforcement members, security professionals, and civilians. We deliver tailored programs that meet the unique needs of each client while focusing on practical skills, de-escalation, and violence prevention awareness.

Training Focus
While GSGLI offers a broad range of curriculum, our primary focus is the education of our employees—they are our true product, and their skills directly impact how we serve our clients.
- Online LMS: Access over 50 courses
- Hybrid Learning: Combine online modules with onsite or in-person training
- Pre-Assignment Training: All employees complete 48 hours of foundational training
- Quarterly Training: Site-specific training ensures ongoing competency
Our Core Instructors
GSGLI’s core team consists of seven full-time instructors with professional experience across military, law enforcement, private security contracting, professional education, and command staff roles.
- Each instructor completes 80+ hours of continuing education per year
- Responsible for training and developing regional instructors at local offices
